Steve and Virginia Smith have owned Fully Promoted Tauranga (formerly known as EmbroidMe Tauranga) since March 2018.

With a background in corporate sales and marketing, Steve has been involved with all things branding since 1996; working in a number of different industries such as publishing, electrical distribution, debt recovery and kayak retail (both in the UK and NZ). Steve’s passion is ‘service’ and you’re guaranteed to get the best client experience when you interact with all of the team at Fully Promoted Tauranga. A keen motorcyclist and kayaker, Steve enjoys getting out and about on two wheels or on the water!
Gini has a pharmaceutical background spanning almost 30 years, specifically in haematology and oncology before coming into the business full-time in 2020. With her pharmacy background she has an amazing flair with anything related to systems and processes, which; amongst other things, makes her our administration superstar looking after all things finance, payroll, HR etc. She enjoys theatre, hockey and is involved heavily with the Air Cadets parent support committee and fundraising for Papamoa College 1st XI hockey.
Greg has been with us since May 2024 and comes with a strong retail background, so you can be sure of a friendly welcome and an awesome customer service experience. Greg will likely be your first point of contact when you come into the store or call and he’ll give you great advice in terms of the best garments / merchandise for your individual needs and the most appropriate branding options to showcase your business, team or club.
Gabby has been with us since October 2022 and looks after all of our embroidery production; juggling lots of balls -managing two 4-head embroidery machines. She takes a huge amount of pride with all of her work; attention to detail is second to none, which all means that the consistency and quality of your branded gear is guaranteed.
Working alongside Gabby in production, Olivia primarily looks after the garment printing side of our business, managing all areas including screen printing, vinyl heat transfer and the operation of our direct to film / vinyl plotter / heat press equipment. She also manages most of the design functions (proofing, mock-ups and artwork production). Olivia joined us in December 2022 and has experience in the industry having worked for a similar company.
Dorne primarily looks after goods-inwards and assists with customer service as needed. As a busy mum, she works part time but can juggle lots of tasks which is a huge help to the whole Fully Promoted Tauranga team.
