Do you require a deposit when I place an order?

Yes, we ask for a 50% deposit when you place your order. This allows us to get started right away on preparing your products and ensures everything is booked in just for you. The remaining balance is due when your order is complete and ready for collection or delivery.
 

If I bring my logo on a flash drive, what format works best?

Vector files (like .AI, .EPS, or .PDF) are ideal because they can be resized without losing quality. They’re perfect for embroidery, printing, or signage. If you only have a .JPG or .PNG, that’s fine too. We can usually work with those or help convert them into a usable format. If you’re unsure what you have, just bring what you’ve got or give us a call. We’ll happily take a look and guide you on what’s needed for the best result.
 

Can you apply photographic or detailed graphics to garments?

Yes, we do heat transfers and screen printing. Ask us which process is more suitable for your purpose.
 

Can you make a stitch file from a digital photograph?

Yes, we can create a stitch file from a digital photograph! To get the best embroidery result, we simplify the image into a few key colours and focus on the main shapes and details. While embroidery can’t capture every photographic nuance, it creates a bold, textured, and durable look. If you’d like to keep the full photographic detail, we can also recommend options like heat transfer or direct-to-garment printing, which are ideal for that kind of image.


Can you put more than one logo on a garment?

Yes, we can put multiple logos on some garments.


If I have special colour matching requirements - or need to have my letterhead/business cards matched, can Fully Promoted New Zealand meet my needs?

Absolutely! We have an extensive range of garment and thread colours to choose from, and we’ll do our very best to get as close as possible to your desired shade or branding colours. While an exact match can’t always be guaranteed due to material and thread variations, we’ll work with you to achieve the closest and most professional result possible.
 

Can I send new staff to you for all uniform sizings?

What's the usual turnaround time getting embroidery done?

Our typical turnaround time is around 7–10 working days, but we’ll always do our best to meet your deadlines if you need it sooner.
 

Does Fully Promoted have a minimum quantity requirement?

Some products do have minimum order quantities, but many don’t! Your local Fully Promoted team can let you know what applies to your specific order.
 

My business has custom colours, can you create garments to match?
