Fully Promoted Dunedin also believes it is their duty to give back to the community that supports them and so contribute to charitable organisations where they can with end-of-line apparel and promotional products. So, if you are organising a quiz evening for your local kindergarten then pop in and ask...they usually have something to give.
Katie keeps those big machines running. When you call into the showroom you will often hear the embroidery machines humming along at 800 stitches a minute - she coaxes and cajoles those often temperamental machines into line. Katie also takes your logos and works her magic to transform them from something that looks nice on paper to something that looks amazing in stitches.
Karen was a lucky find with a background in print design and media. Although initially here to boost the sales force it turned out her background in graphic design has been a gold mine, taking over the digital design at a time of growth in the DTF printing journey. Although Karen would love to see all logos arrive in as a vector PDF format it often isn't the case and has created a silk purse out of a sows ear on more than one occasion. She and Anne combined are a formidable force in the digital design and print arena.
Anne is our longest serving team member and came to Fully Promoted Dunedin as an experienced screen printer. She has an uncanny knack for knowing the colour combinations of just about any printed colour (some even have special printing names). When it comes to unusual requests around printing she'll know if it can or can't be done or has an idea of how it might be achieved. Has guru status of her own and can still turn her hand to just about anything else that needs doing just because it needs to be done. Anne is an excellent team player, always willing to share her knowledge with other team members.
Rob came to Fully Promoted Dunedin in 2020 and has a great head for numbers plus his infinite patience in teaching Jo how to work with spreadsheets. He's the Financial Controller, the Tech Support, Product Testing aficionado, a Sales Rep and the light relief. Has been known to print out little gems for Jo's wall just because. Rob's specialty has to be workwear as he has worked hard to expand his knowledge in this area - some features are super important for comfort and functionality. He is more often the voice at the end of the phone when you call.
Jo was here back in the dark ages. Just kidding, but she did start out at Fully Promoted Dunedin (formerly known as EmbroidMe Dunedin) right from the get-go as the Sales Manager waaaay back in 2007. When it comes to product knowledge she's the go-to guru around these parts and spends a bit of time in the showroom on Portsmouth Drive making sure our customers are married up with the right product for their needs and budget. Can turn her hand at many of the production tasks when it's all-hands-on-deck time but is happiest chatting to our loyal customers about life, the universe and everything.
